Also, I may be attending the Milwaukee Massacre horror convention in June. More details soon on that.

NINE INCH NAILS: GHOSTS I - IV
Since news is slow while my computer is being repaired, I thought I'd pass along the news of the new NINE INCH NAILS album, GHOSTS I-IV. From the GHOSTS site:
"Nine Inch Nails presents Ghosts I - IV, a brand new 36 track instrumental collection available right now. Almost two hours of new music composed and recorded over an intense ten week period last fall, Ghosts I - IV sprawls Nine Inch Nails across a variety of new terrain.
Trent Reznor explains, "I've been considering and wanting to make this kind of record for years, but by its very nature it wouldn't have made sense until this point. This collection of music is the result of working from a very visual perspective - dressing imagined locations and scenarios with sound and texture; a soundtrack for daydreams. I'm very pleased with the result and the ability to present it directly to you without interference. I hope you enjoy the first four volumes of Ghosts."

CANCERSASHES.COM Relaunced, S+G Preview
After much work, and several redesigns, the official web site for my work, cancersashes.com, is relaunching today.
CANCERSASHES.COM | the art of johnny machine
In additional to pieces found in my Myspace or dA galleries, the official site will also feature additional content including exclusive illustrations, and the online graphic magazine, SHORTS+GOGGLES.
"SHORTS+GOGGLES is the online graphic magazine illustrated by Johnny Machine. It features one shot stories, pinups, illustrated poems and an ongoing series of short stories. In the spirit of the short story, each issue is half the traditional comic at 11 pages. Each issue features it's own S+G girl pinup on the cover. SHORTS+GOGGLES is available online exclusively at CANCERSASHES.COM"
And since the site's launching today, I wanted to give you all a sneak peek, 5 page preview of the first story in S+G, "The Man Who Lived in Leeds" which was a favorite poem of mine as a child. Just visit CANCERSASHES.COM and select the S+G link. Under the Issues section, just select the 5-Page preview link. The first issue will be released soon, and once it is I'll most likely post something here as well.
Also a Commission Request Form is available for anyone interested in commissioning me for an illustration. Please use this in the future instead of sending me a note or an email.
